We are currently roasting on a 1KG all electric Ailio Bullet. The Aillio Bullet is a professional-grade coffee roaster designed for use at home or as a sample roaster in a commercial environment. It is a powerful, electric roaster that uses advanced technology to produce high-quality, consistent results.
Every roast is logged and checked to ensure consistency and quality. By utilising the RoasTime software platform we can create specific roast profiles for each coffee.
We can even work with you to create your own personalised blend roasted to your preferred style.

Many larger commercial coffee roasters rely on natural gas to power their burners. The Ailio Bullet is an all-electric coffee roaster which means when the Sun is out, we are able to utilise the energy generated through our solar panels to roast your coffee.

We always look to source our green coffee from small-scale importers working as closely as possible with farmers to ensure a fair price is paid for the highest quality product.
